Can I use it on my hair ?
Yes. Our ingredients promote hair growth and the strengthening of hair.
Can it be used on sensitive skin?
Yes. Although if you have sensitive skin, we do advise that you do a patch test on your skin to ensure you are not allergic and sensitive to the following ingredients used.
Can it be used on bumps and grazes after shaving?
Yes. However we advise for it not to be used onto any cuts . Due to our product being 100% natural applying the oil after shaving can help rejuvenate the skin and any bumps.
Can I order in bulk?
Please contact our customer services for bulk orders.
My product came damaged what do I do?
If you have acknowledged that your product has been mishandled via the shipping company thus resulting in any damage please contact our customer services for help.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
Please contact your local post office to try and get a re delivery. We do not and cannot attend to any lost packages or missed packages . After your item is shipped it is no longer in our care and hands therefore we do not offer any refunds for this. If In need of help please contact us and we will try our best to attend to you.
Can I order with express delivery?
If you’re in need of your order faster please contact our customer services whereby we will be able to help you.

Do you ship internationally?
R Ganic ships worldwide. Please choose the international shipping option when placing an order.
Do I have to pay custom fees ?
We do acknowledge some countries require custom fees before delivering an order however, we do not and cannot take care of any custom fee’s once shipped. This will have to be handled by you if occurred.
